Exercising daily is one of the most powerful ways to keep yourself in a positive mental state. This can be one of the most fun parts of your day. The single biggest obstacle to regular exercise is poor scheduling. Make sure to schedule your workouts in and watch yourself transform into a happier, more energetic and confident version of yourself!

Proper nutrition

 

The food we eat has a massive impact on our mental health. Making conscious food choices is the easiest way to improve how you feel. Caroline is an advocate of plant-based eating. Foods that are alive (raw fruits and vegetables) are particularly powerful as they contain prana or life force. You can feel them fueling you with vitamins and lifting your mood.
